Terms of Service
Last updated: December 28, 2025
These terms govern your engagement with Desire Edits. By working with us, you agree to the terms below.
Contact Sameer
All contracts and commercial discussions are exclusively with Sameer (founder), not individual team members. For any questions about these terms, email info@desireedits.com.
Scope of Services
Desire Edits provides video editing, content clipping, AI avatar content, and AI ad creative services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Anything outside the agreed scope — new formats, additional platforms, or new creative direction — is quoted separately.
How We Work Together
We work through organized project systems with dedicated communication channels, structured file delivery, and agreed posting schedules.
Bulk partnerships let us invest deeply in understanding your brand, build dedicated workflows, and deliver consistent quality at scale. It's how we create real results together.
Revisions Policy
- If something is our error, we'll fix it free of charge—unlimited times—until you're completely satisfied.
- New ideas or new creative direction count as paid revisions, priced based on complexity.
Payments
Projects begin with an initial paid stage so you see our quality first, then commit. This builds trust and ensures we're both invested in success from day one.
Ongoing work is billed on the agreed cycle. Deliverables are released according to the agreed payment schedule, and late payments may pause delivery.
Professional Boundaries
- Contracts are exclusively with Sameer (founder), not individual team members.
- Direct payments or offers to team members are prohibited. They are salaried employees/contractors of Desire Edits.
- Attempts to bypass the agency may result in immediate project pause or termination.
Ending the Partnership
Either side may end the engagement with reasonable written notice. Completed, paid work is yours to keep. Confidential materials and project files are handled as agreed at offboarding.
